The most important task of a supervisor is to make sure
that your house is kept in a good condition during your
absence. Only then your property stays stable in value
and has an optimal turnover on your investment. We would
like to advice you in this matter. Either you privately
own the house or you are an investor, live in foreign
countries or in the Netherlands.

All maintenance and administrative business is taken care
of by Beukendael Beheer. Amongst others, maintenance is:
the rent collection, connections with company services
(gas, water and light), communally taxes or advice,
claims and insurances.

Our goal is to obtain a steady relationship with the
tenant, so during or after the rental period there will
not be any unpleasant surprises. Your rental possibilities
will remain optimal and without worries.
